JUSTIN CHRISTMAN
Justin
Christman is a public relations consultant who has worked
at some of the industry's leading public relations agencies,
as well as in-house. He has represented companies in
industries such as, technology, consumer electronics,
sports, entertainment, advertising, banking and healthcare.
With experience in all facets of external communications,
he is an expert at working with the news media and coordinating
special events.
While
an account manager at Fusion Public Relations, Christman
conducted media outreach and strategic counsel for Schematic,
a leading developer of user interface solutions. He
also ran media campaigns for LeagueShark.com, a company
that applied a mathematical algorithm to online fantasy
sports, and Affinity, a leading web hosting company.
In addition, he organized multiple special events for
mobile entertainment provider IN-FUSIO.
Prior
to his tenure at Fusion, Christman spent two years working
at GolinHarris, an international public relations agency.
While there, he worked with top-tier companies including,
Verizon Wireless, Yamaha, Yamaha Racing, PacifiCare,
Union Bank, Citigroup Private Bank and Commission Junction.
He obtained media coverage for multiple clients, coordinated
various special events, drafted media documents and
created story engines for media campaigns.
Christman
earned a bachelor of arts in communications, with an
emphasis in public relations, from California State
University, Fullerton. Early in his career, he spent
two years working in the publicity department of KNBC,
as well as conducting PR for NBC's soap operas and The
Tonight Show With Jay Leno. He then went on to conduct
PR on behalf of MGM Home Entertainment and Universal.
In
college he made the Dean's List while studying abroad
in Oxford, England, where he became a dedicated traveler.
